Over the years, we realized that rather than being a linear process, the buyer’s journey was more of a cycle. For example, many of our clients were so happy that they became promoters of our brand, generating leads for us in much the same as our marketing channels. The inbound methodology helps account for this effect. This circular graphic we call the flywheel is a visual representation of the buyer’s journey and the three phases of the inbound methodology: attract, engage, and delight.
We use this as a guiding principle in all our customer-facing activities, and for our clients’ customer-facing activities, to ensure alignment between these teams. The services we provide on top of the HubSpot growth platform are built on this foundation.
